#10 Marriage of Salvatore Cacciatore and Santa Ferlita April 25, 1858
1858, the 24th of April at the hour of 21 before Domenico (surname?), Mayor and official of the vital records office of S. Stefano, Bivona, Girgenti, appeared Salvatore Cacciatore, single, 24, born in Santo Stefano, Bivona, Girgenti, farmer, resident of S. Stefano, son of the late Angelo and Giovanna Misuraca, 51; and also appeared Santa Ferlita, single, 20, born in S. Stefano, resident of same, daughter of Domenico, age 52, and Concetta Pizzo, age 50. They were married on the 25th of April in the church of S. Nicolo di Bari in the presence of Onofrio Guggino, and Giuseppe Infantino. Banns were posted on the 14th of March in Santo Stefano. Documents provided are the birth records of the bride and groom, the death of the father and grandfather of the groom, and the banns. Witnesses are Calogero Pullaro, 60, barber, Giosue (Surname?), 48, farmer, Ignazio Pullaro, 30, shoemaker and Domenico Guastella, 47, blacksmith.
